Hi, I’m Kari.

I have been a lifelong resident of the Kawarthas, having lived in the communities of Bobcaygeon, Lindsay and Woodville. Our residents really support our amazing local businesses and I like that. This is a great place to raise a family and pursue outdoor activities and community interests.

My career in real estate commenced in 2016. I obtained specialized qualifications to augment my real estate credentials, specifically ASPRE (Accredited Staging Professional – Real Estate), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). I am also a Certified Professional Organizer and Certified Feng Shui Consultant. Additionally, I am a member of both International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) and National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

Those credentials have been part of my lifelong personal growth, which includes other professional training in areas of child development and healthy living. I believe my experience helps me appreciate the needs of families and seniors. I am available to help people in areas of home design, staging, presentation, and organization through my own independent business, Tangled Web Interiors.

Clients have told me that communication is one of my greatest strengths. I listen to you, and I follow through on tasks that affect your home sale or purchase. I like to help people visualize the potential of a property or to present it in its best light.

I have volunteered extensively for local children’s oriented community organizations. I enjoy decorating, music, and travel.
