Hi, I’m Kathy. I grew up in the City of Kawartha Lakes. My family and I are very lucky to call it our home. I feel our City offers a wonderful quality of life for families and it embraces all people and lifestyles. Its diverse range of urban and rural characteristics are perfect for every generation. After purchasing my first home, I realized my legal studies together with real estate practice were the perfect career combination for me. I began my real estate career in 1999 and obtained my Brokers license in 2005. As a former business owner, I understand the importance of attention to detail, management, organization, and commitment. I apply these attributes when helping families navigate their way through the real estate process. My family and friends say I have a “heart of gold”. I like to give back to my community by volunteering for local sports associations, my community church, and the Trillium Lakelands District School Board. As an advocate of early childhood and youth development, I care deeply about the early education and safety of the children in our community. I have spent many years building strong and valued relationships with families within our community by offering a Caring, Dependable and Professional service. I enjoy doing business in my hometown. I love working with the people I know! "New clients… I can’t wait to meet you"! I want the process of buying or selling your home to be an easy to understand, exciting and pleasant experience. Throughout the years, I have learned that no two real estate journeys are the same. They are as unique as we are individuals. So, reach out… I would love to hear YOUR story and get to know YOU. Together we can navigate your real estate journey.
