Legacy Fund
Most Realtors® like to honour their customers and thank them by offering a token of their appreciation for choosing them to be their Realtor®. At BirdHouse, we want to do more. With every completed transaction, our selling agents contribute $50 to a fund, that contribution is matched by our brokerage. $100 is deposited into the fund for every completed transaction. During January of the following year, our funding committee selects four (4) charitable causes or agencies to receive 25% of the accumulated funds each. Those entities are informed and monies are transferred. We are proud of our BirdHouse Legacy Fund™ program and all it can do for local charities and causes in need of support.
