Professional and Education Qualifications

Hi, I’m Andrea. Living and working in the Durham and Kawartha Lakes markets respectively has provided me a unique perspective on people’s expectations in both markets. I like working with a range of client types and the unique challenges posed by each. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2016. Prior to choosing to become a Realtor® myself, I worked as a real estate team manager. In that capacity, I acquired tremendous insights into the challenges associated with buying or selling property. I graduated from Durham College with an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations. My communications skillset enables me to be most proficient in preparing and presenting offers, addressing questions about properties, and communications between all parties. I believe professional photography and video are critical elements of real estate marketing. I am also a real estate photographer. As a lifelong equestrian, I am especially connected to the needs of people wanting to invest in agricultural properties for personal or commercial purposes. I understand the requirements of horse-owners, first time homebuyers, and investors. People say that I am energetic, trustworthy, and sincere.
