Hi, I’m Bill. I started working in real estate after a successful career in the trades. I was a tool and die maker, landscaper, and home renovator. The transition for me was easy because I have been able to share my experience and knowledge. I live in Cameron and have called Kawartha Lakes home since 2000. I enjoy boating, fishing, and snowmobiling so the lifestyle here suits me well. Our community is easy to access and offers an abundance of lakes and rivers for outdoor pursuits. I am also quite involved in collecting Classic Cars and I am currently a member of Kawartha Classic Kars car club based in Lindsay. I enjoy attending Cruise Nights and Car Shows to share my toys with young and old enthusiasts. People appreciate my sense of humor and easy-going manner. They tell me I’m friendly, and a good communicator. I know that buying or selling property is stressful for most people so helping you through the process is my priority. Whether working for homebuyers or homesellers, I am prepared. I want my clients to know I work for them. I like to share improvement suggestions or to point out less obvious features of properties that are often overlooked by others. I want my homesellers to know that their property photos and videos will serve them well. I want to ensure that homebuyers feel I have exhausted available inventory to match their needs.
