Hi, I’m Evan. I live in Lindsay and have been a resident of the Kawarthas since 2007. I like the small town, country life here. The beautiful landscapes and outdoor activities we can enjoy make this a special place to live. My career in real estate commenced in 2020, following several years in the hospitality industry. I was educated at both Laurentian and Queen’s Smith School of Business. From Queens I received a Master of Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship. I believe in helping my clients feel educated on the market and in control throughout the entire sales process. Past clients have said they like my collaborative style, that I make myself available, and am diligent on details. I’m committed to reducing client uncertainty and stress to the extent possible.
