Professional and Education Qualifications

Hi, I’m Pat. My career in real estate started recently. I especially want to help business people with commercial property or leasing needs. Prior to changing career paths I was a service manager for Cintas Canada. I obtained numerous industrial certifications that underscore my commitment to learning and professionalism. Before that, I was educated in police foundations at Sir Sanford Fleming College. If I am working on your behalf, you can expect me to make you feel comfortable. People say that I am good at explaining complex terms and conditions in a manner that is easy to understand. I currently reside in Lindsay’s Springdale Gardens. I lived in both Omemee and Edmonton previously. I like the small town charm you get in the Kawarthas – people recognize other people in their community. We are so fortunate to have easy access to an abundance of trails and lakes nearby. I have volunteered with the Alzheimer’s Society, Humanins Society, Youth Justice Committee, and Telecare. I value people, relationships and giving back to my community. I enjoy outdoor activities, including: camping, golf, hockey, and tennis. I have travelled throughout Canada, the United States, and Caribbean. I believe that working with a real estate professional should be a mutually rewarding experience.
