Hi, my name is Rudi Kerschl, I was born and raised in Lindsay, spent the next 10 years of my young adulthood in Toronto/GTA. I moved back to Lindsay because the community is a great place to raise my family. Kawartha Lakes also has a great proximity to the GTA which was important to me as I am a firefighter for the city of Toronto. I like to help my clients find their dream residential property, in-town, on the water or a cozy cottage. I also like working with people looking to lease properties and businesses looking for homes in our great community. My previous work experience involved high end consumer electronics sales in downtown Toronto providing solutions for clients with home automation and I am a College graduate of Pre Service Fire Fighting as well as courses in business and marketing. My friends and family say I am dedicated, courageous, ambitious and open minded and my clients have said my excellent customer service is what made their transactions go smoothly. I think what sets me apart from most other Realtors is having served communities through firefighting, I understand the value of a home not only in cost, but also how emotional a home is to an owner.
